Frequently asked questions

Is my cycle data private?

Yes. Your cycle dates, symptoms, partner's name, and AI-generated tips are stored only on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. They are never transmitted to us or any third party.

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. PMS Reminder works entirely without registration, including subscriptions. There is no sign-up, login, or password.

How is the AI content generated?

Daily Tips, Milestones, and other generated content are produced on your device using Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework. Your inputs never leave your device for AI generation, and there is no cloud AI involved.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, then select PMS Reminder. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device signed in with the same Apple ID, open the paywall in PMS Reminder and tap Restore Purchases. Your active subscription or Lifetime purchase will be re-applied.

I was charged but don't see premium features. What should I do?

First try Restore Purchases from the paywall. If the issue persists, email contact@bindudevelopment.com with the approximate date of purchase and we'll help resolve it. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my data?

All app data lives on your device. Deleting the app removes it completely — there is no cloud copy. You can also clear individual entries from within the app.

Which devices are supported?

PMS Reminder is an iOS app available on the Apple App Store. On-device AI features require a device that supports Apple's Foundation Models framework.
